Spain consolidates its wine leadership in the world: a course marked by the international presence and the impetus of Pedro Ballesteros MW.
Next Introductory course of the Institute of Masters of Wine, organised by the Fundación para la Cultura del Vino, to be held at the wineries of Haro, La Rioja Alta SA and Bodegas Muga.

This year we have:

  • The figures of Pedro Ballesteros MW as coordinator and great ambassador of Spanish wine, and the exclusive presence of Julian Gore Booth, director of The Institute of Masters of Wine, whom we encourage you to interview as great figures of world wine in our country.El patronato está compuesto por Meritxell Juvé (J&C Prime Brands), Guillermo de Aranzábal (La Rioja Alta SA) y Eduardo Muga (Bodegas Muga).
  • International participation of 26 applicants to the course, from 9 different countries.
  • The collaboration of the Government of La Rioja, which recognises Rioja as the epicentre of wine tourism and education, with the privileged location of Bodegas Muga and La Rioja Alta SA, which collected a 2024/5 full of awards.
