Within the centuries-old walls of the imposing Hotel Los Agustinos and located in the gastronomically renowned area of Haro, the birthplace of wine, the restaurant El Claustro de Los Agustinos offers a varied selection of products. Its renovated kitchen team offers a menu based on traditional products from the land of La Rioja that does not renounce innovation. A surprising tiger mussel with edible shell or grilled scallops on organic saffron cream from La Rioja exemplify the union between tradition and innovation that characterises the hotel’s kitchens.
Among other dishes, the menu offers a timbale of trotters with grilled foie gras and muscatel grape sauce, rice with lobster or Russian Rioja cake with vanilla sauce. And of course, you can’t miss the roast lamb. All washed down with the best selection of Rioja wines.
We also offer a series of special menus to enjoy avant-garde, quality cuisine.
