Tasting on Concrete

  • Wine tasting from concrete tanks: In the tank room, straight from the concrete. An opportunity to discover the purity of the wine in its earliest stage.

  • Time: 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm
  • Wines tasted straight from the barrel, in silence and whilst still developing. To understand how texture and complexity are built up.

The importance of plugging

  • Friday 22 May at Valenciso
  • Time: 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm
  • Talk and comparative wine tasting featuring wines with different closure systems. A technical detail that has a greater impact than it might seem.

Fermenting in oak barrels

  • Tasting of barrel-fermented white wines. When the wood complements without overpowering. A journey through barrel-fermented white wines.
