Viticulturist and educator Julián Palacios has spent years dedicating his life to caring for vineyards, as he says, ‘between heaven and earth.’ With a technical, entertaining and deeply connected perspective, he will share with us his understanding of viticulture. At VALENCISO, we work with him organically, and he is the one who cares for our vineyard with the wisdom that comes from years of experience, observation and practice.
