Unlike a conventional tour, this experience is designed for small groups (maximum 15 people), allowing visitors to gain access to the winery’s working areas whilst they are in full operation and to experience the winemaking process from the inside. The main attraction of the tour is that participants will be able to taste the wine at different stages of its development, gaining an understanding of how it is transformed from grape to bottle:
- The first must, freshly pressed after the grape harvest.
- The wine fresh from the fermentation tank, still developing.
- The wine during its ageing in oak barrels, revealing how the wood influences its character.
- To finish, you’ll taste two premium wines paired with a Riojan appetiser.
All this will be accompanied by explanations from our team and will conclude with an appetiser of Riojan cured meats.
- Dates: From 18 September to 28 November (approximately, depending on how the grape harvest progresses).
