Gastronomic Events at Natura Resorts

This autumn, you have a date at Natura Resorts:
Next autumn, Natura Resorts arrives full of flavours, experiences and moments to enjoy.

At Natura Resorts we have prepared some very special gastronomic events, with proposals that will take us from Asturias to the most traditional cuisine of our land. And among them, one of our most eagerly awaited events of the year: the 4th Natura Resorts Wedding Fair.

• October 17 and 18 · Cachopo Gastronomic Event:
  A journey to Asturias without leaving La Rioja. We will start with corn tacos with Asturian picadillo and quail egg, Cabrales cheese croquettes with caramelised apple, and warm potato salad with octopus and extra virgin olive oil. The star of the menu will be cachopo made with Serrano ham and Asturian cheese to share, followed by Asturian rice pudding “requemao” to finish. Cider, water and bread included.
• October 24 · 4th Wedding Fair · 11:00 am–5:00 pm:
  A day dedicated to those preparing for one of the most important days of their lives. Inspiration, trends and professionals from the wedding industry gathered at Natura Resorts to discover ideas and services to make every wedding unique.
• November 7 and 8 · Steak Gastronomic Event:
  An event for meat lovers. Beef carpaccio with Parmesan and fried capers, tartare made from our steak with mustard reduction and green shoots and, as the star of the menu, 45-day aged Simmental T-bone steak. We will finish with cheesecake, accompanied by red and white wine, water and bread.
• November 21 and 22 · Traditional Riojan Cuisine Gastronomic Event:
  We return to our roots with an event dedicated to the traditional flavours of La Rioja: cured beef platter, tempura peppers, Riojan-style potatoes, lamb chops and pears in red wine. Red and white wine, water and bread included.
