The restaurant has built a gastronomic proposal with Riojan roots that seeks the maximum expressiveness of traditional raw materials, respecting their language. A cuisine of intangibles, that creates sensations, that reinterprets memories, that dialogues with diners and invites them to travel with their senses. A recipe of harmony, detail, affection, imagination and dreams puts on the table a respectful gastronomy, which flees from eccentricity and escapes from definitions.
