Under the starry sky of Sajazarra, on 2 August at 9.15 p.m., the senses will surrender to a unique experience: 6 wines + 5 aperitifs + dessert in a setting that looks like something out of a fairy tale. La Cata Canalla, with the 15th century castle as a witness and a magical access through the alley of Las Paredes Amantes, will bring together 132 lucky people in an oenological evening that goes far beyond a simple tasting: it is a celebration of flavours, art and history.
During the evening, the most daring wines of the Rioja Alta will merge with the flavours of local gastronomy in a pairing designed to provoke emotions. Led by José Ramón Jiménez, The Wine Educator, attendees will discover the secrets of wine through a sensory game with nine aromas, while tasting carefully selected culinary creations. All accompanied by the harmony of a saxophone and guitar duo that will provide the soundtrack to this event under the stars.
The intimate and sophisticated atmosphere is completed with scenic lighting that will enhance the beauty of the square, impeccable service and the contagious enthusiasm of the volunteers.
