Eroica Hispania in Haro

L’Eroica Hispania is a cycling celebration within the framework of L’Eroica. A race that seeks to recover the values and essence of classic and epic cycling, a route that runs through one of the most important areas of the world in terms of wine production, such as La Rioja. An area of vineyards of great cultural and environmental interest, sister area of the original L’Eroica in Chianti.

Along the route you will pass through some of the most representative wineries of the Rioja designation of origin, an area not only of wine, but also of great artistic and cultural interest, where the first writings in Castilian were carried out and where the Romanesque architecture has a great weight. The entire route passes not only through vineyards and wineries, but also among its fortresses, castles and watchtowers. The route coincides at some points with one of the most famous roads in the world: the Camino de Santiago.
