Alaia Rooms

A complex of 17 tourist apartments of different types and capacities, newly opened last October and equipped with all amenities, TV, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchens. Newly renovated building in the heart of Logroño’s historic centre, refurbished in a sustainable manner in accordance with AENOR standards, emission-free, with aerothermal energy for air conditioning and hot water and energy reinforcement with photovoltaic panels. It has a laundry room, a common room with self-service catering, free Wi-Fi, etc. On the ground floor there is a hostel for pilgrims, given its location on the Camino de Santiago.

The establishment will open to the public in 2025 and will have nine studio-type rooms and eight rooms with two bedrooms and a kitchen-living room.
