BODEGA CARLOS MORO is a winemaking project marked by the passion of a winegrower, oenologist and winemaker who has successfully established his brand in several Denominations of Origin. An exciting work driven by a team of agronomists and oenologists, responsible for selecting a collection of excellent vineyards on the left bank of the Ebro River with its epicentre in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, and which represent the starting point for wines that seek to position themselves among the elite of the D.O.Ca. Rioja.
During the visit to the Carlos Moro Winery, we will lose ourselves in the vine-covered landscapes of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, a land created with whimsy by the gods who love great wines. After visiting the winery and its spectacular cellar, we will taste the wine. We will discover, from the hand of one of our oenologists, everything about the vinification of white and red wines from five of the most important Designations of Origin in Spain: Ribera del Duero, Rueda, Toro, Cigales and, of course, Rioja, the grape varieties from which they come, the type of grape harvest, the production processes for still, young and barrel-fermented wines… Of course, we will also visit the vineyards of Bodega Carlos Moro in San Vicente de la Sonsierra.
