Bodegas Cor de Mei is located in the Rioja village of Gimileo, three kilometres from Haro, the capital of Rioja, and four kilometres from Briones. Briones is one of the most important villages in La Rioja, for its history and its spectacular old town, from where you can contemplate the meanders of the Ebro River and the Sierra Cantabria, eternal witnesses of the best vineyards of the Rioja Denomination. Gimileo is a small village, surrounded by vineyards, with old ashlar stone houses, peaceful and pleasant to walk around. It is a small rustic winery, typical of La Rioja, with two 16th century cellars. It has a tasting room and a wine shop. 100 metres away there are vineyards with unbeatable views of the Sierra Cantabria and the Ebro River.

Visits to the winery

• Opening hours: Mornings: 10.00 to 13:00. Afternoons: 16.00 to 19:00.
• Languages: Spanish, English.
• Activities: Guided tour of the vineyard, the winery and the cellars, white wine tasting in one of the cellars with a cold aperitif. Red wine tasting in a rustic cellar with hot canapés typical of La Rioja.
