Calado

To visit Calado is to enter the world of wine, its culture, history, customs and anecdotes. We will be your guide. We are a restored 16th century winery in the heart of Logroño. The winery preserves the old production areas, the wine press, the press and the underground cellar, where we will see how wines were made in the old days, more than 500 years ago. Come and discover our two main activities: Logroño Subterráneo and Caminum.

Logroño Underground:

Get ready to take a trip back in time. The city of Logroño holds thousands of secrets on its surface, but also underground. Discover the stories, legends, illustrious characters and curiosities that have shaped this city over time. Follow part of the stage of the Pilgrims’ Route to Santiago de Compostela as it passes through the city. Immerse yourself in two incredible caves drilled in the ground. Taste three wines from this region underground paired with three Riojan products in the underground cellars, one of which is the oldest in the city.

Caminum:

The gourmet experience you’ve been waiting for has arrived in the capital of La Rioja! In this exclusive visit you can learn a little more about the history of the city in a totally tailor-made tour, ending this experience in a unique and exclusive space where Wine and History go perfectly together. Enjoy one of the best collections of DOCa Rioja bottles in the world and taste select products from the region, with the TOP seal of Calado.
