The Ramón Bilbao winery complex has been located since 1972 on a plot of more than 7,000 square metres surrounded by vineyards on the outskirts of Haro, on the road to Casalarreina.
The development of high quality wines and innovation, respectful of the purest Rioja tradition represented by the historical trajectory of Ramón Bilbao wines, are the hallmarks of this emblematic company of the Rioja Alta.

Curiosity between drinks: 30 euros/pax

At Ramón Bilbao we offer you a sensory experience to get to know our winemaking philosophy, in which curiosity has always driven us not to conform and to seek excellence, and we will take you through the most iconic areas of our winery, from the present to the origins, immersing you in the hundred years of history that we treasure. A commented tasting of three of our most innovative wines, Ramón Bilbao Límite Norte, Ramón Bilbao Límite Sur and Edición Limitada Tempranillo, accompanied by three tapas prepared by our kitchen team, will be the final touch to a unique visit.

• Guided tour of the winery with explanations by a specialised guide, accessing different production rooms and exhibition areas.
• Duration of the activity: Approximately one hour and 30 minutes.
• Commented tasting of three wines
• The tasting will be accompanied by some small snacks: Los Cameros Cheese, Salmon Daditos with Sesame and Empanadilla criolla.

At Ramón Bilbao we offer you a sensory experience to get to know our philosophy of winemaking, in which curiosity has always driven us not to conform and to seek excellence. After a well-sold wine, we will tour the most iconic areas of our winery from the present day to the origin, immersing you in the hundred years of history that we treasure. A commented tasting of four of our wines accompanied by four cheeses will be the final touch to a unique visit.

• Guided tour of the winery with explanations by a guide specialised in wine tourism, accessing the most iconic rooms of our winery.
• Tasting in the tasting room of Ramón Bilbao Verdejo on lees, Ramón Bilbao Viñedos de Altura, Ramón Bilbao Selección de la Familia and Ramón Bilbao Gran Reserva.
• Cheeses P.D.O. Camerano Cheese: Semi-cured Goat, Cured Goat, Aged Cow and Aged Sheep.

A special visit, a sensory experience to get to know our winemaking philosophy, in which curiosity has always driven us not to conform and to seek excellence, in which we will combine the tasting of four Ramón Bilbao wines and four Belgian chocolates with four of our wines (whites, rosés and reds). We will visit the most iconic areas of our winery, from the present day to the origins, immersing you in the hundred years of history that we treasure.

• Four wines will be tasted in our tasting room: Rosé RB, Límite Norte, Selección de la Familia and Gran Reserva.
